Sunrise Lofts
is located in Citrus Heights at 7951 Sunrise Blvd. Sunrise Lofts
consists of thirteen (13) town home units. The town home units
are built along zero-lot-line in two groupings; the 25' wide
private roadway with each of the two groupings along each side
of the road. Each unit will have a tandem garage (loading'
directly into the private roadway) and an open area at the
entry. This open area/carport will double as a guest parking
area (totaling three (3) cars per unit).
The units
themselves are three (3) stories. The small entry adjoining the
garage and carport contains the stair leading to the upper
floors. There is also access at this level to the interior
courtyard and commons. Above the first level entry will be two
living levels.
The
architectural style is uniquely Californian taking cues from the
geometry of the site utilizing simple massing and avoiding
superfluous trim or ornament. The materials will be colored
stucco, window walls and simple metal railing.
