Project description:

Sunrise Lofts is located in Citrus Heights at 7951 Sunrise Blvd. Sunrise Lofts consists of thirteen (13) town home units.  The town home units are built along zero-lot-line in two groupings; the 25' wide private roadway with each of the two groupings along each side of the road. Each unit will have a tandem garage (loading' directly into the private roadway) and an open area at the entry. The architectural style is uniquely Californian taking cues from the geometry of the site utilizing simple massing and avoiding superfluous trim or ornament. The materials will be colored stucco, window walls and simple metal railing.
